Hi! We’re Pamela and Natalya, the mother-daughter team behind The Book Lounge.

This little dream of ours began with a shared love of stories, cozy spaces, deep conversations, and community  and slowly turned into something real: a fiction-focused bookstore and lounge built with heart.

Pamela is 19 and currently attending USF’s Global Business program. She’s also the creator of Pages & Roses, a blind date with a book brand she launched at 17. Natalya is a former corporate executive who decided to trade boardrooms for board games and create something more soulful and personal - a place to pause, reset, and just feel good.

Our family has always been about competitive game nights, annual "Minute to Win It" tournaments, laughter, love, and the belief that reading has the power to change everything. Natalya also has a deep love for interior design, so every corner of The Book Lounge was dreamed up with care and a cozy vibe in mind.

Now that all of Natalya’s daughters are grown and off living their own stories, this is our next chapter; building a new kind of family space, where anyone can walk in and feel completely at home.

At The Book Lounge, we believe in the power of fiction, the joy of a good game, and the magic of slowing down. Whether you’re stopping by for a new book, a workshop, a silent reading night, or just a glass of wine (or Frosé!) and a little peace; we hope you’ll feel it too.
