Online Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Email us at info@thebooklounge.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
