Event Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of this event, all ticket purchases are final.

This is a high-production, limited-capacity experience that requires significant upfront planning and investment, including venue rental, custom event design, staffing, and advance ordering of books, materials, and event-specific elements tied directly to guest count. Because many of these costs are committed well in advance and are non-recoverable, we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel changes, or no-shows.

However, tickets are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. In the unlikely event that the event is canceled or rescheduled by the host, guests will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.

This is a fan-created release celebration and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sarah J. Maas, Bloomsbury Publishing, or their representatives.

Anyone in need of special accommodations due to mobility or sensory issues, please let us know by emailing briiforte@thebooklounge.com. The Floridian Social Club is a historic venue and does not abide by traditional ADA compliances. The dim lighting may not be suitable for all attendees.

Transfers must be completed through The Book Lounge. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email briiforte@thebooklounge.com with the same email used to purchase your ticket in addition to the name of the guest you are transferring the ticket to.

Tickets surrendered to the waitlist will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as the team seeks to find a buyer.
