While reservations are not required to enjoy The Book Lounge, we offer options for book clubs and other small groups to claim a cozy space to meet. Designed to accommodate groups of various sizes, our flexible packages come complete with 1 glass of wine or non alcoholic beverage and a snack. We also offer charcuterie boards and wine pairings curated to your book, on request, to make your gathering extra special.

The Black Carnival
The year is 1886 in New Sarum, England, and Atherton Graves only knows a life surrounded by corpses. Amidst a rash of child deaths, he alone suspects they are the product of murder. At least, that's what the ghosts in his mortuary tell him. But there's hardly time to hunt the killer; Atherton has just sold a cadaver to a spiritualist at the notorious Black Carnival, and the town gang known as the Disciples is not going to take that lightly. Caught between a serial killer, a circus bursting with foul characters, and his spiraling madness amongst the restless dead, Atherton will undoubtedly become the villain of his own story. The question remains: who, if any, will be unscathed by the rampant destruction he's invited?

Book Club reservation time slots are for 1 1/2 hours. We kindly request you respect this time limitation so other guests may enjoy the space.
Please note that, unfortunately, our food and alcohol licenses do not permit non-service animals on premises. We ask that you share this information with all of your guests.
