While reservations are not required to enjoy The Book Lounge, we offer options for book clubs and other small groups to claim a cozy space to meet. Designed to accommodate groups of various sizes, our flexible packages come complete with 1 glass of wine or non alcoholic beverage and a snack. We also offer charcuterie boards and wine pairings curated to your book, on request, to make your gathering extra special.

Join us for a cozy and creative Galentine’s Day celebration in downtown St. Petersburg! Start the evening with a fun, hands-on Book Bouquet workshop at The Book Lounge — the brand-new literary hangout where book lovers can sip, craft, and connect in a warm, welcoming atmosphere downtown. Make something beautiful to share (or keep!) as a tribute to your favorite stories and the friends who mean the most.

After crafting your bookish bouquet and mingling with fellow readers, continue the celebration with a night of compelling theater at American Stage Theatre Company. At 8:00 pm, experience The Scarlet Letter — a bold, modern stage adaptation of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s classic tale of love, judgment, and resilience, brought to life with powerful performances and striking visuals.

This event is perfect for friends, bookish besties, theater lovers, or anyone who wants to celebrate friendship and the arts!

6:00 – 7:30 pm: Book Bouquet Workshop at The Book Lounge (631 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33701) — all floral materials provided! Books can be added to make your creation a "Book Bouquet" for that extra magical touch!
8:00 pm: The Scarlet Letter performance at American Stage (163 3rd St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701) — a thought-provoking theatrical adaptation you won’t forget.

Any modifications or cancellations are required within 48 hours of your reservation. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Book Club reservation time slots are for 1 1/2 hours. We kindly request you respect this time limitation so other guests may enjoy the space.
Please note that, unfortunately, our food and alcohol licenses do not permit non-service animals on premises. We ask that you share this information with all of your guests.
