What if life itself could be measured... and sold?
At Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a clandestine team of scientists has discovered something impossible: a luminous "life-force particle" hidden deep within the human brain-one that determines how long we live.
Led by the brilliant yet haunted Dr. Kyle Davies, and joined by a group of researchers each driven by grief, ambition, and loss, the team unlocks a technology that can transfer years of life from one person to another. But what begins as a mission to save dying children quickly evolves into something far more dangerous.
Backed by a powerful financier with his own agenda, the project spirals into a global industry-where time becomes currency, the poor become suppliers, and the wealthy buy their way to longer lives
As science pushes beyond its moral limits, one question remains:
If you could take time from another human being... would you?
