A thousand years ago, the Divine Nine gods gave their lives to entrap the Witch King of Tiressnia. Since then, the gods' legion of warriors known as the Godsworn have dedicated their existence to hunting blood mages, unruly dragonriders, and a manner of other horrific creatures. But when a massacre alludes to the Witch King's return, the Godsworn may need to seek allies to battle this ancient evil. And some of their strongest allies may lie among the people they hunt.
